Shipping
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery normally takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more receive free standard shipping; smaller orders are charged $8.95.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays and carrier delays. A tracking link is provided with the order confirmation once the parcel is dispatched.
30-day returns
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, complete and returned with their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened makeup and masks cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
Keep the order number and reply to the confirmation message to begin a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
Costume sizing
Choose the size shown on the product page. If you are between sizes, select the larger option for easier movement and layering. Measure chest, waist and height over light clothing before ordering.
Order help
Your order confirmation contains the secure reference used for payment status, tracking and returns. Reply to that confirmation with the order number and the item you need help with.
If checkout has not been completed, your cart remains saved on this device so you can return without rebuilding it.
